Refund policy

We accept returns for non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.

For custom orders, returns are only accepted if the item is defective or does not match the approved design. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your custom item to report any issues.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@vxv3d.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
